天津正兴德茶庄始于1738年（清乾隆三年）。正兴德总店于1926年在当时天津法租界梨栈开设正兴德第一支店（即和平路金街正兴德茶庄）。1928年正兴德茶叶在国货展览会上荣获优质奖章，1934年又荣获超等奖证并参加美国芝加哥百年竞进展览会名扬中外。
正兴德茶庄于1956年公私合营，1963年成立正兴德茶叶基层商店，1987年组建了天津市正兴德茶叶公司；1997年正兴德公司实施股份制改造，改制为天津市正兴德茶叶有限公司。正兴德茶叶有限公司传承百年老号经营特色，坚持筛选厂家，采选优质名茶。经销全国各地红茶、绿茶、黄茶、白茶、黑茶（普洱）、青茶（乌龙）等六大基本茶类及在加工茶，主销茉莉花茶。
1993年被国内贸易部命名为“中华老字号”企业。此后十几年，连续荣获多项市级（以上）荣誉称号。公司自2001年至2010年连续承办八届天津市绿茶节暨天津正兴德绿茶节，推崇绿色、健康、休闲、时尚的经营理念，创造了天津茶叶零售市场龙头企业的辉煌。
2005年12月17日金街正兴德茶庄因拆迁移至和平路长春到交口边廊经营，2009年天津市正兴德茶叶有限公司在商业步行街滨江道205号创建了正兴德旗舰店。
2006年以来，天津市正兴德茶叶有限公司连续三届荣获中国茶行业百强企业殊荣。

Brief introduction of Tianjin Zhengxingde Tea Co., Ltd
Zhengxingde Tea House was established in 1738 (Qianlong 3rd Year in Qing Dynasty). The general office set up the first branch in France concession Lijian in 1926. In 1928, Zhengxingde Tea was awarded high quality prize in domestic exhibition. In 1934, it obtained the super quality prize. It expands its reputation by attending America Chicago Hundred Years of Competition Exhibition.
In 1987, Tianjin Zhengxingde Tea Company was established. In 1997, it experienced remolding with the stock system to set up Tianjin Zhengxingde Tea Co., Ltd. Heritage of hundred years of operating feature, it directly adopt high quality famous tea manufactured in four tea areas in China. In 1993, it was named “China Time-honored Brand” in domestic trade. In recent years, Zhengxingde Tea regulates its Development Strategy of Zhengxingde Brand to practice strategic alliance and chain operating method, injecting energy for second time for this company with hundred years of history.
